Sam Stevens joined the TEAM2100 team as Programme Director in August 2019. A Chartered Civil Engineer and Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, Sam has more than 23-years experience in working on major projects and programmes and overseeing delivery of projects across the globe. Sam’s experience includes Enabling Works Programme Manager for CLM – Delivery Partner for the Olympic Park, Business Transformation Programme Manager for the MOD, and has recently returned from Denver Colorado where Sam established the infrastructure portfolio for a $1 Billion brownfield development of a 250 acre venue development for the City & County of Denver and development partners. In her role as Programme Director for TEAM2100, Sam leads the supply chain as part of the Integrated Delivery Team with the Environment Agency for the first phase of a 100-year flood risk management plan for the Thames Estuary. The programme is estimated to cost £3 billion over the next 40 years. Sam’s particular focus is adapting the delivery performance and enterprise model to reflect the needs of the programme as it enters the next 5 years of delivery.
