Vicks has varied experience having worked on behalf of Dalcour Maclaren’s power and water clients on a range of capital projects that have included the installation of major infrastructure and nature-based solutions. She successfully led DM’s team working on Severn Trent’s flagship Mansfield Sustainable Flood Resilience project (‘SuDS at Scale’) and provides strategic land advice to teams striving to deliver a range of assets on private land, including grey, blue-green and catchment management solutions. Vicks is client lead for three of the company’s water clients, overseeing the smooth running of framework agreements across the UK, as well as supporting delivery teams across the industry to devise robust land strategies involving voluntary agreements as well as those using statutory powers. Vicks is a strong communicator and has a breadth of experience and technical knowledge in the water industry.
